The M/Y Absolute Lady is a classic Hatteras motor yacht and very classy. The owner, Rick Bedard, has put a lot of time and effort into making this a very special and unique boat. I can’t say enough about it. It’s beautiful. Mr. Bedard picked a high-quality, durable carpet with a beautiful pattern. He also chose a marine-appropriate, closed-cell foam padding that is inherently antimicrobial and feels like memory foam.

You have to forgive my photographer skills on this one. There are installation phases of some of the rooms that we didn’t get pics of. We had a hard deadline to keep and other trades aboard so there wasn’t a lot of time to focus on the pics. But we still got enough shots to take you through the project and highlight our work.

My 41-foot Morgan Out Island needed new carpet, and is the case with many sailboats, there were hardly any right angles, just a mess of curves, crevasses and carpentry Jason Davis would have to cut around. The result was a perfect fit. We didn’t want to settle for the carpet available in the West Marine catalog, so Jason was able to find an elegant, affordable and robust product from a local St. Augustine supplier. Now we have production boat with custom flooring–What a difference! Lovely!
